Roger Buan (SW)
Roger returns to Estée Lauder Online as Vice President, General Merchandise Manager as of 07/01/07. Most recently, he was the Vice President and General Manager for Gloss.
Prior to returning to Gloss, Roger was Vice President of Estee Lauder Companies Online division. He led the management of ELC Onlines 3-channel development of the online businesses for Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Estee Lauder, M.A.C, Origins, Prescriptives and Stila. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Merchandising and Brand Planning for ELC Online. He joined ELC Online in June 2001.
Roger was one of the original employees of Gloss, responsible for developing the business structure and revenue reporting systems, as well as Brand Planning for over 100 brands offered at the original Gloss site. He joined Gloss in July 1999.
In addition, Roger brings 14 years of retail and brand management experience from Walt Disney World Attractions Merchandise, Bath and Body Works, and The Broadway Department Stores in California.
He graduated from the University of California in Berkeley with a BA in Economics.
