Martin Hardee (SW)
Martin Hardee is Director of Customer Experience for Cisco web sites, and leads cross-company teams dedicated to providing rich and immersive online experiences across Cisco’s sites. Previously, Martin oversaw design and online user experience at Sun Microsystems, including sun.com, java.com, and Sun’s popular Java developer sites. Martin has been involved with online projects for more than 20 years, including extensive early work on Sun’s web designs with web pioneer Jakob Nielsen.
Martin’s previous industry background is in software development, instructional design and (in a past life) broadcast journalism, including stints with NPR and commercial radio news.
